Prometheus starts with the company
Enter your company name, website, country and VAT number where applicable. Prometheus uses the website and public research to prepare a company profile, bringing together information about what the business does and the customers it serves.
Review the findings before using them as company context. Correct outdated descriptions, add missing details and make the priorities clear. The profile gives the onboarding conversation a useful starting point; your review makes it fit the actual business.
Give agents the information you work from
Organize documents into knowledge groups and connect the relevant agents. Keep your product catalogue, service descriptions, pricing rules and customer policies easy to find. The Data page shows groups, file counts and connected agents.
- Sales: your offer, ideal customer, positioning and approved examples.
- Support: products, delivery rules, returns and escalation instructions.
- Operations: working procedures, report formats and company details.
Shared references and individual memory
Company knowledge and agent memory have different jobs. Knowledge groups contain the material you deliberately share. An agent’s memory carries useful context from its own work. Together, they can reduce the amount of background you need to repeat in each conversation.
Treat company documents as maintained references. When an offer, price or policy changes, update the source and tell the agents affected. Ask agents to distinguish a documented fact from an assumption when they prepare work for customers.
Keep the result within reach
Agent-created reports and drafts appear in the Data area alongside your knowledge groups. Open the result, review it and decide how to use it next. This keeps the source material and the work it supports accessible from the same workspace.
