FEATURE · COMPUTERS YOUR AGENTS CAN USE
Some work happens on a screen, not through a connection: a website with no integration, an older desktop program, a folder full of files. Every agent has a browser and a desktop of its own in the cloud, and you can watch it work. To let an agent use your own computer, you install a small app, Agentura Local, and decide which agents may use it, for what, and for how long.

An agent can open websites, read pages, click and type in a browser in the cloud. You watch it live in a side panel and can browse alongside it.
For work beyond the browser, an agent gets a cloud desktop of its own. It starts by itself the first time it is needed, and its files and saved logins are kept for next time.
With Agentura Local installed, an agent can see your screen, move the mouse and type in any app, open the folders you share, and work in a Chrome window on your computer where you are already signed in.
Each computer decides which agents may use it. The first time an agent asks, you get a prompt on the computer or on your phone, and you allow it for a limited time.
A small bar on your computer shows which agent is in control, with Pause and Stop. A keyboard shortcut ends everything at once, and you can stop from the portal too.
Install the app on your Mac or Windows PC and sign in through your browser. Nothing is shared until you connect. On Linux, the app gives agents your files and a browser, but not screen control.
Pick the folders agents may see, if any, and which agents may use this computer. You can connect as many computers as you need.
For example: “Export this month's orders from our accounting program and save the file in the Reports folder.”
A prompt tells you which agent is asking, for what and why. Allow it for a few minutes, an hour or up to a day, or say no. You can also answer from your phone.
The agent's screen appears live in your chat, and a bar on your computer shows who is in control. Press Stop, or the shortcut, and the agent is out.

FOR A FOUNDER
Much of a small business's work lives where no integration reaches: a supplier's website, an accountant's portal, a spreadsheet on your laptop. An agent working on your own computer can do the clicking and form-filling for you while you get on with something else, and you can watch it or stop it whenever you like.
FOR A LARGER COMPANY
Connect the Macs that matter, such as a shared workstation or the one used for design, and choose per computer which agents may use it. The portal keeps a history of the requests: who asked to use a computer, when, and what was answered.
